Are your watches new or used?

All our watches are genuine, brand new, with the serial numbers from the manufacturer engraved on the case back, along with the original box and instructions.

How do I know that my watch is authentic?

The authenticity of the watch can be confirmed via the serial number that is engraved on the back of the case of the watch. The serial numbers are engraved by the manufacturer as a seal of authenticity. We guarantee our watches to be authentic and we are willing to stand behind every watch we sell.

Do your watches come with serial numbers?

All our watches come with the original serial numbers on the back of the case. This ensures the authenticity of your watch.

How are you able to sell your watches for so cheap?

We are not authorized dealers for some of the brands we sell.  Authorized dealers need to charge the full retail price of the watch in order to supply  the manufacturer’s warranty.  Instead, we offer a great discount with our own Two Year Sigmatime warranty.


Do your watches come with a box and papers?

All our watches come in the original manufacturer’s box and instruction booklets.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

All our watches are covered with by a Two Year Sigmatime Warranty.


What is covered by the warranty?

Sigmatime will within 24 months from the date of purchase, repair or replace, at our option, the movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover the watch case, watch bracelet, strap, crystal, battery or wear and tear from normal wear. The warranty will be void if the watch has been mishandled or used under extraordinary conditions.

Work performed on a watch bought from Sigmatime by an unauthorized person or entry, shall automatically render this international warranty null and void.

The terms of this international warranty do not in any way restrict or otherwise affect any possible statutory rights to which the consumer may be entitled by law in the country of purchase.


Who will repair my watch if it breaks?

If your watch should require service during the period of warranty, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions by emailing us. Please send the watch along with a copy of your receipt and a check for $20.00 made payable to Sigmatime to cover the cost of shipping & handling. 

How long does it take to receive my watch?

Orders that are received and verified before noon EST, will ship out the same day. For watches shipped for ground delivery, depending on where it is being shipped to, you should expect to wait about 1-6 business days to receive your watch. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so that you can track it online and see when it is going to arrive.


What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Watches must be returned in brand new, unused condition, in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund (minus shipping costs). In order to return an item, you will need to contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and you must follow all the requirements stipulated on our return policy. The RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in refusal of package. Package must include all original manufacturer's packaging, accessories and copy of the invoice. A refund will be processed after we receive the watch back and confirm it is in satisfactory condition. Read more.

What type of payments do you accept?

Sigmatime accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfers and PayPal.

When paying with a credit card your order must first pass credit card authentication procedures by our Fraud-Prevention and Credit Verification Department before we ship your order. Please be aware that we only charge and process credit card orders for shipment if they have been authorized by the card-issuing bank AND approved by our Verification Department.

When paying with a bank wire transfer we will give you up to a 3% discretionary discount. This discount represents the credit card fee that we would otherwise have to pay, and we happily pass this savings on to you. If you wish to pay by via wire transfer, please contact us to email the transfer information and final cost to you. Domestic Wire transfers usually complete within 2-4 hours and most domestic wire-transfer purchases ship the same day. International wire transfers usually complete within 2-3 days.

Do I have to pay tax?

All items shipped within the state of New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax. Sales tax is not applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of New York.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free domestic UPS Ground shipping on all watches and expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air Saver) for an additional charge of $25.00. International shipping is available and fees vary by country. Please see the Estimate Shipping Rates calculator on the shopping cart page during checkout.

Note: All watches valued over $300 require signature upon delivery.  Please have someone available at your shipping address to do so. Using your tracking number you may visit www.UPS.com for all your tracking needs.  

Do you ship internationally?

International customers are welcome! We will be happy to ship your order to any country. Please see the Estimate Shipping Rates calculator on the shopping cart page during checkout.

Do I need to pay customs?

Yes. We are not responsible for customs, duties, VAT or any other taxes your shipment is subject to. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the full value that you paid for your item on the shipment. We cannot mark it as a gift.


Do I have to be available to sign for the package?

All watches valued over $300 require signature upon delivery. We recommend that you follow the tracking to ensure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your package.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO.

Do you buy pre-owned or trade watches?

We only sell 100% brand new watches, therefore, we do not buy or trade any pre-owned watches.
